Ian Cowell Property Assistant Gas Engineer

Who We Are: The People Behind Property Assistant…. Ian Cowell (Gas Engineer/Plumber)

In this week’s focus on the people behind the services we offer here at Property Assistant, we take a look behind the scenes of our lettings business. As a team, we offer a first-class service to our landlords and tenants to ensure that leases run smoothly and that properties are well maintained and safe. Part of our job is to respond to maintenance issues and ensure legislative compliance. To do this,  we need a reliable support team.

May we introduce you to Ian Cowell, a plumber and gas engineer who provides a variety of services for us.

Ian Cowell – Gas Engineer and Plumber

Obviously Ian is a practical man but, like most of the people we work with, he is very family-orientated and has a great sense of humour. We have worked with Ian for a while now and continue to do so because of his honesty and reliability as well as his excellent standard of work.

A local business, Ian covers everything from routine maintenance and annual safety inspections to odd-jobs and emergencies. Without being able to rely on the services of someone you can trust, we would not be able to deliver on our managed lettings.
