No visits will take place at a household where someone is isolating or where an individual has been classed as ‘at-risk’.
We will be adhering to all social distancing measures.
We will be wearing face masks which will be used for a maximum of 1 hour.
We will regularly use hand sanitiser and wipe down all equipment after each appointment.
Property Assistant Properties
We will ensure that all properties that are visited do not have an occupant that is self isolating, displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, and/or received a positive diagnosis.
We request from our clients that all properties are suitably prepared for the visit, asking that frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, handrails, tabletops are cleaned using suitable cleaning products prior to each visit.
It is requested that all visits are conducted in a vacant property and we will ask our clients to vacate the property during any visit.
